minutes drive from Dar Zitoune to the centre of Taroudant,
and about 50 minutes to Agadir airport.
Nestling
at the foot of the high atlas mountains, Taroudant is

fascinating berber souk. Taroudant is a walled city
with five main gates as well as some newer gates to
help against heavy traffic, the main sights of the city
are the market place, the tanneries and the main squares
: assarag and tameklalt. If

atlas mountains or on a drive to the plam groves of
Tiout, just 14 miles from Taroudant where you can eat
in the beautiful setting at one of the numerous hotels
and restaurants.
